These exercises, based on the biomechanics of martial science, will help you in your daily life and increase the longevity of your body. You do not have to identify as a senior, so the earlier the start the more benefit you will get.

    Dominic Jones is from Cornwall in England. He was a Chartered Geologist in an environmental consultancy in the UK before moving to Sendai, Japan in 1999 to work in education. Dominic has a Master’s in Education and is a tenured professor teaching English. He researches comprehensible input in language acquisition, and martial science in self-defense. He is passionate about martial science and teaches self-defense workshops in Europe, America, and Asia. He is a presenter at educational conferences, a TEDx speaker, and an Ignite Sendai speaker. Dominic was a businessman in Japan and continues to provide entrepreneurial advice. He lives in Sendai with his wife and two children.
