In this session, I will introduce some self-care practice routines which I learned from Dr. Andrew Weil’s program at the University of Arizona.

    I am a lecturer at Shokei Gakuin University in Miyagi and a Ph.D student in dentistry at Tohoku University. I have earned MA in Applied Linguistics at the University of Birmingham, MA in Education at Carthage College, and BA in English Linguistics at Yamagata University. I am also a licensed manual therapist in acupuncture, massage, and medical lymphatic drainage and a healthcare communicator as a medical writer and a medical translator. I am enthusiastic about music, tea and outdoor activities.
