Dr. Deborah Healey was the 2019-2020 President of TESOL International Association. She has taught online and face-to-face teacher training courses, primarily focusing on technology in education. She has also taught both ESL and EFL. She has written and presented extensively internationally – in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe, the US. Her recent areas of research include digital storytelling, gamification, massive open online courses, and online teaching approaches.
